You will receive personal updates and progress reports as work progresses, along with a photographic record where necessary when major works are undertaken. Good clear communication is essential to the successful completion of any contract, and repairing your boat is no exception. All information and specifications are available for your inspection at any stage.
3. One Invoice
You or your insurers will usually receive one invoice from us when the work is complete, covering all elements of the work undertaken. This helps to keep things simple and transparent following what may have been a traumatic or stressful incident in the first place.
